Power Tripped? Do This First
- Unplug appliances in the area that lost power, especially the water heater, kettle, washing machine and aircon.
- Open your DB box and look for the switch that has flipped down. It is usually the main RCCB/ELCB or one circuit breaker.
- Push it back up once. If it holds, plug appliances back in one at a time. The one that trips it again is the culprit.
- If it trips again straight away, stop. Same if you smell burning or see scorch marks. Don’t keep resetting it. Send us a photo of the DB box and we’ll tell you what to do next.

How much will the repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the parts needed. WhatsApp us a photo of the problem and we’ll give you an estimate. We confirm the price with you before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the bill.
My power keeps tripping. Is it safe to switch it back on?
Unplug appliances in the affected area and try the switch once. If it trips again straight away, or you smell burning, leave it off and contact us. Resetting it again and again can damage wiring and appliances.
How fast can you come?
For emergencies like a full power trip or burning smell, our line is open 24/7. For other jobs, tell us your postal code on WhatsApp and we’ll give you the earliest slot. Regular hours are Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–5pm.
Do you work on HDB flats, condos and landed homes?
